We are delighted with our Ultraroof conservatory/extension. The new room is light, airy and gives a feeling of cleanness and freshness. In contrast to the conservatory that it replaced, it feels like an integral part of the main house. It is a perfect environment for reading by natural light or talking when others are watching TV next door. The installation was a well managed project. It was planned carefully and potential problems mitigated quickly. The installers were professional, hard working and respectful. In particular, they were careful to be neat and tidy. The sub-contractors were well briefed and attentive to our comments. Time keeping throughout was good. When a few (minor) issues arose they were dealt with promptly and with no fuss. Throughout the process, we felt that we were listened to. Richard Thomas are a professional company and we would recommend them.
