We met with Ashif today to discuss our blinds, and we got the best price. Thank you, Ashif, for your excellent service! We're excited to see our new blinds installed.

To start with and to be fair, the product looks lovely. That’s the only positive side, nothing else. 1. No confirmation upon receiving our downpayment. I kept following up almost everyday. The only time it was acknowledge was with the call I made on the third week. 2. Fitting date was very much delayed. We had to follow up “a lot”. 3. The installer has left lots of dirt prints on our walls. There was one section that we could not wipe off. Now we need to have it repainted. 4. They do not take away the huge cardboard boxes with them. They label themselves one of the best but If you prefer good service that really gives importance to customers, you’d rather pay extra price and get it from a company like John Lewis instead than be disappointed. I would not recommend this company. For some reason I do not know why they have good reviews in google. Do not rely on google reviews, better rely on trustpilot. It was my mistake for trusting google reviews at first. Buy at your own risk.

The service was very prompt as in quotation and fitting and lovely guy shann also fitting itself super quick if I had to have a little moan about anything it would be punctuality and making appointments really quite late which don’t suit my elderly mother however it may well suit other people that work etc - but the blinds look great and my mother is happy.

Highly recommend . High quality blinds at a fantastic price , great communication and great service . The fitter is a credit to your business, polite engaging and a job well done

I had Farhan come to measure up for all our windows on Wednesday. I cannot say how helpful and kind he was. His customer service was excellent. An asset to the company for sure. Best of luck and thank you again. Looking forward to having the blinds fitted 😊

Bad experience unprofessional they took my money and still nothing for the last 2 months . The keep sending inexperience agent , still they couldn’t fix my blinds is only opening half ways take a photos , .
