AVOID. We had a warm roof and new windows installed by this company Jan 2023, and after years of ongoing issues, I feel compelled to update my review. 1. **Electrical Safety Concern**: Just a few months after the installation, an electrician inspected the work due to an existing outside light failing post the work and informed us that the pretty outside led lights Peterborough Windows and Conservatories installed were a fire hazard due to improper installation. They strongly advised us not to use the lights again. As you can see they put an electrical socket next to the elements. 2. **Skylight Issues**: The skylight slipped twice in the first two years, allowing the elements to enter and causing further damage. This is unacceptable for what was supposed to be a durable and professionally installed roof. 3. **Persistent Leaks**: We've dealt with (and continue to deal with) continuous leaks, requiring repeated expenditure and redecorating. In 2024, we hired a guttering specialist to investigate the problem, and the findings were shocking. Photos taken during the inspection reveal extensive use of expanding foam between the house and the conservatory—an improper technique for sealing. The specialist commented, "Good quality products but absolutely shocking workmanship." We had a repair bill of nearly £2,000 to fix the issues caused by their poor installation. "Upset" doesn't begin to describe how we feel. Dec 2025 we still continue to face leaks and headaches due to the warm roof installation so I cannot recommend this company based on our experience. While the materials may be high quality, the workmanship has been subpar, and we’ve been left to shoulder the financial burden of their mistakes. I wish I had avoided.

Delighted with our new fully insulated conservatory. Greg was attentive throughout the process and answered all questions quickly, making good recommendations along the way. All workers who were sent were polite and didn't make any mess. If Greg said he would do something by a specific time, it would be done and that reliability made the process so much easier. Overall, couldn't be happier with the conservatory and the service received.

Greg and his team have transformed my absolute favourite space in my house by taking down and rebuilding my tired 1980’s conservatory. I also requested for new soffits, fascias and guttering, and some plumbing work to be included in the project. The project as a whole was completed efficiently despite typical winter weather because he and his team are incredibly hard working and reliable. Greg’s straightforward approach and regular comms ensures clarity and keeps everything ticking along from start to finish. I’m really pleased with what will now be a year round living space and consider it money very well spent. We recently had Greg and his team completed a conservatory for us. As other reviews have mentioned he isn’t the cheapest but you do get what you pay for! In my eyes our conservatory is money well spent! We are over the moon with the end result. I can not rate Greg and his team enough. From start to finish the project ran smoothly. He was always on time, informed us of next steps as the project progressed and competed every task he said he was going to do. With any building work things can get messy and dirty, Greg and his team always tidied up after each day and left the area as clean as possible. We were very nervous on spending such a large amount of money but we are so pleased we choose Greg to complete the project and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use him again.

Greg and his team at Peterborough windows and conservatories have recently completed quite a large project for us. They replaced our original polycarbonate conservatory roof with a warm roof including two vista skylights, six of our old windows in the house, a new composite front door, Fascias, Soffits, gutters and downpipes, cladding on the front and rear of the house. The whole team were great, punctual, friendly and professional. They all did a fantastic job in very adverse weather conditions in February when it rained almost continuously and we are very pleased with the end results. They even did a few extra things not on the original job list. Although not the cheapest of the three quotes I had for the work, when Greg came round to do the quote there was no pressure selling tactics and he gave me the most confidence in choosing his company to do the work, great job Greg We would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.
