Paul James Blinds & Shutters

I can't thank Andy and his team enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. We had new blinds fitted for an annex space we created in order to be able to care for my mother. Paul turned up promptly and walked us through the various options. We discussed needing to keep the sun and heat out ans agreed on venetian blinds. When the blinds were fitted they looked lovely but, unfortunately we soon realised that they wouldn't work in the annex because they were metal and radiated the heat because the sun was on the windows and doors all day. I spoke with Andy about the problem, who was brilliant and offered to replace the blinds...... I can't thank Andy enough, he was sympathetic to the problem and has rectified the situation...... I highly recommend Paul James Blinds to anyone looking for blinds, shutters and fly screens......... Very reasonably priced as well.
