After a bit of a negative experience with a national window company, I approached Park Lane in the hope that a smaller, local company would provide a better service. And I wasn't disappointed. We'd initially ordered a new front and new back door. Stephen, who came round to provide a quote, was friendly and gave us lots of good advice and information and wasn't pushy at all. The installer was fab, provided a super clean and tidy install. I had an issue with the front door but Park Lane handled my complaint so we'll - they were patient and worked hard to resolve my issue. We then ordered new windows for the whole house and Stephen came back to again give us a quote. Again, the install was great - as clean and tidy as they could be despite fitting the windows in a red alert heat wave and having to work around our kitchen fitter at the same time! An extra shout out to Ella in the office who was always so lovely whenever I spoke to her on the phone. Overall, I can't recommend them enough. The price point was great and the service is fab.

The team of all involved from beginning to end have been absolutely amazing. After being missold and lied to from Anglian Improvements, Parklane have been spot on from being in the show room to speaking with Scott in the office, the surveyor being kind and thorough to the fitting team that over 4 days did a 4 bedroom house and full conservatory. The aftercare has been absolutely exceptional and would use this company for life now. I recommend Parklane in all they do as they have gone above and beyond and gave me a personal care of my purchase, not made me feel like a uplift in their bank balance.

We booked Park Lane in to install 6 new windows plus a new back door, front door and french doors. We were incredibly impressed with them from the very start. The salesman came round and while he was informative he was not pushy. The quote came back swiftly, and our changes and tweaks were accommodated swiftly and accurately. The surveyor was clearly very good given the precise fit of all the items on installation, and the installation team were first rate. We have to wait a few months before they could fit us in, but once the day came the installation team arrived promptly and worked incredibly hard, fitting all the items in just 2 days. There was a damaged handle that the installation team spotted immediately and arranged to be fixed no questions asked. We're thrilled with the end result and would recommend Park Lane to anyone.

We recently had some of our nursery windows and our fire exit door fitted by Park Lane Windows and they were absolutely brilliant! From start to finish, everything was so easy, they sent the quote quickly, worked around our nursery day to find a date that suited us, and the team that came were so polite, friendly, and professional. They got straight on with the job, did everything perfectly, and left the place spotless, you honestly wouldn’t have known they’d been, apart from the fact that the new windows look fab! Did a lot of research on Garden Rooms before going with Park Lane Windows and absolutely delighted we did. Our visit to their show room in the town also convinced us as we were able to see everything we needed to. Park Lane Windows are a wonderful family run company who are as good as their word. Dealing with Paul was a breath of fresh air; completely reliable and trustworthy and backed up by an excellent team of staff and contractors. The quality of construction in all aspects exceeded my expectations by far. All works carried out by relevant professionals. The whole work was completed in a couple of weeks. To say we're delighted is an understatement and I'd recomment Park Lane Windows to anyone.

We’ve just completed a large project with Park Lane Windows and couldn’t recommend them more highly. It was a big job, involving several trades, as we transformed the lower part of our garden and the side of our bungalow. On the bungalow, we had a double front door removed, half bricked up, and replaced with a new window, as well as a new external door installed in the kitchen. Most of the work took place in the garden, where a sloping lawn was excavated to make way for a beautiful sleeper retaining wall, a large decking frame, and the base for a spacious garden office. The office includes opening windows, double doors, custom plug socket placement, and even a hardwired internet connection. Paul and the team at Park Lane handled everything from start to finish—coordinating around seven different trades—so we didn’t have to lift a finger (apart from offering tea and biscuits!). Every team member, including subcontractors, was professional, polite, and hardworking. They put in full days and always went the extra mile. Despite the unpredictable British weather, the project was completed efficiently and to an exceptional standard. The site was left spotless, and as I write this from our new office, we truly couldn’t be happier with the result.
