Got windows fitted and immediately after there was a leak! I messaged the owner and it has now been nearly 2 years of messaging and noone has come to rectify it even though under 10 year warranty!!. Once they have your money they do not care. There is no warranty they honour. AVOID. The installation was fine however the aftercare if you have issues is NONE!

New look Windows have just completed a full house for me, new windows front and rear doors I called into their showroom in Levenshulme to look at the products and get a quote They were very helpful in every way and no pressure sales. They came and measured up the following day gave me a fantastic quote which I accepted and paid a deposit to secure the manufacturing and fitting of my new windows and doors. A week later they were ready to fit. I honestly have had first class service from start to finish. I had frint room and bothroom windows replaced.The comments from passers by was lovely, they even took details.
