Required 3 double glazed units to be replaced as they were misted up. From quote to installation took around 4 weeks which was brilliant. Excellent service and everyone so polite and helpful

Great first impressions but sadly after the survey MPN went completely silent. Numerous emails and phone calls later, still no contact, no progression and we had to start the process with another company. Very disappointed as we were very enthusiastic after our initial meeting and survey. Thankfully we didn't have to hand a deposit over.

She kept us updated at every stage and was always helpful and responsive to any questions. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship, and a beautiful front door that has completely transformed the look of our home. As soon as we contacted MPN they arranged a home visit and were able to order some replacement windows for us. Their communication for each step was clear and helpful also everyone was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately we were both ill on the day they should have been installed - they were very understanding and rearranged a date a few days later. The team that came Ryan and Cameron worked well together again very polite and professional. The work was carried out very efficiently with minimum disruption with all of our old windows taken away on completion. We have used MPN in the past and would not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future.

Properly unhappy with this company. Have been working with their salesperson and a surveyor over a two-week period on them supplying two windows with stained glass patterns and was assured, twice, they worked with local suppliers who produce the type of stained glass we want. Was told yesterday by someone else in the company that they couldn't provide these windows, as they don’t in fact work with said suppliers. When asked why salesperson repeatedly assured us they could do it, I was told 'salespeople can't know everything'. We’re on a very tight timescale, which they knew, and have now wasted much time we don't have. Had an apology but honestly, guys, this isn’t ok.
