Good at windows installation but real issues with roofing. Now, after a few years, we are into expensive roof reworking due to incorrect fascia materials (chipboarding used externally!!) and poor design with insufficient overhang and poor run-off causing material damage and decay. Tread very carefully

Incredibly impressive. Each team member operates to the highest standards and all are exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen. In addition, they are clean, tidy, quiet and respectful. Materials use and every stage of the work is discussed with the client, from excavation and floor construction, insulation materials to be used (floor, walls and ceiling) to specifications for the finishing touches. The quality of the Ranebrook sliding timber doors is also exceptional. But, what really sets the company apart is the calibre of the men who work with the firm, their extreme diligence and attention to detail. Incredible job. Highly recommended. Scott and his team were first class, from dealing with the planning process to the meticulous detail and finishing of our sash windows and french doors. We used Moore Inspiration to replace our kitchen Lantern. This was a big decision due to various issues over the years. I am so pleased we decided to use Moore Inspiration. I can't express how delighted I am with my orangery. I had spoken to a few builders before signing up and these guys were the most reasonably priced and I liked that they were a family firm like my company. They built an orangery for me and also arranged drawings and building control, and knocked down a structural wall in my kitchen. All of the guys who came to do the work were professional, knowledgeable, tidy and really personable and actually I quite miss having them around the place, which I'm pretty sure no one has said about builders ever! I work at home, so bonus points for the fact that they weren't sweary with awful blaring music. The actual orangery is stunning and looks well built, and everyone who visits is so impressed. I am going to have them back next year for some more renovations to the bathroom and I would highly recommend them.

I have waited almost 2 months for a quote. The daughter of the owner promised me this never happens and that we would hear from someone by the end of the week - w/c 6 Nov it’s now w/c 20 Nov. I can accept busy but it takes five mins to send a short message and apology letting someone know when to expect a quote through.
