The service was efficient - our blinds were fitted in under a month, which was much faster than I expected. When we discovered some damage on the blinds, I simply shared photos with them and they replaced the damaged items within a week. No hassle, no lengthy delays. MK Blinds measured and fitted beautiful shutters for us in an old cottage with wonky windows and walls. We did have a few problems with the first set after a few months screws started falling out and slats were loose, but the team strived to solve this for us by ordering a whole new set of shutters with upgraded design and then refitted them for us and tweaked them to fit better. It’s when things go wrong that a company really show their professionalism and dedication to happy customers which MK Blinds did. I believe the problem was with the manufacturer rather than MK Blinds themselves whose customer service was brilliant and they kept us updated on redelivery and refitting to finally get a great result. I recommended MK Blinds especially if you have non-standard size or awkwardly shaped windows, these things cannot easily be done DIY and needs specialist knowledge. MK blinds were excellent! Phil came out and measured up. We already knew roughly what we wanted and what type of fabric. However he had a massive range of fabrics we were able to choose from. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on automated blinds. His turnaround time was quick too considering we had 6 automated blinds. Fitting was also good, the fitter was careful and again knowledgeable on programming it all. Competitively priced aswell compared to other companies around. I'd highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again as they do other types of blinds too.

5 star service and a 5 star team. Blinds fitting was delayed by a couple of days due to the Christmas season but Phil kept me updated all the way and came in on a Sunday to fit them. Very professional, polite and did a quality job for a reasonable price. I recommend

I had booked more than a handful of companies to give us quotes for our new home. One afternoon I came home to find MK Blinds going through the various options with my husband. They spent nearly 3/4’s of the day with us sharing the best solution for shutters for the house & blinds for the kitchen window & doors. They suggested a mechanism where the shutters were fitted at the edge of the window allowing space to open the windows for cleaning/ventilation etc. I am so pleased with the shutters & glad I went with MK Blinds. The staff are friendly, helpful & kind. Our shutters look great and we are so pleased!
