Martindales Limited

Martindales did a front door installation for us today. They arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently. When they were finished, we had a query about the lock we thought we'd ordered. They listened to our concerns, researched the solution and found it. Liam, Phil and Nick were excellent and we would highly recommend them.

The whole process involving Martindales from start to finish once authorised by Direct Line has been excellent. Stefan Fox surveyed the job on Monday. He was prompt and couldnt have been more helpful and informative. Much to my surprise he arranged for manufacture of the two panes of laminated double glazing within a couple of days, delivery to depot by Thursday ready for installation on Friday. Graham and Connor installed today. Both very personable and professional and new glass fitted in just over an hour. The site left tidy and clean. First class job guys

If I could put 0 I would. They replaced a glass panel 3 years ago the glass panel steamed up so they replaced under warranty. When they replaced for second time I asked them to replace glass in the sliding door. They left a wobbly glass panel, with incorrect gaskets around the glass and a sliding door that would not move! They then failed to come out when they said they would, after their engineer came to investigate why the glass wouldn’t move and then we couldn’t close the door! They are refusing to repair the issues they caused!

I cannot praise Martindales enough and they have exceeded any expectation I had. From the lady who called to book my appointment, to the surveyor who came round, followed by another guy to make the broken glass safe, to the fitters who came yesterday, I have only praise. Courteous, friendly, professional, kept to the arranged timings and timetables, kept me up to date at all times and sent reminders before each visit. I have been thrilled with all their work. Thank you to everyone involved. A great service all round.

Had my glass front door repaired today. The two guy's that repaired it we're excellent. I didn't manage to get there name's but one of them came from Bolton and had been in Scotland all week and was going back home today . Customer service was absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend Martindale's to my family and friends. Top class service.

Martindales supplied and fitted a new Rock Door slab to my Rock Door and I was delighted with the professional and helpful service that I received when arranging the work. The Martindales Customer Services Team were all very efficient at arranging the quotation for my new Rock Door slab, organising an installation date and provided very efficient and prompt communication that I appreciated. The two installation staff who attended my property Martin and Scott fitted the new Rock Door slab. They were efficient, friendly and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the work that they were carrying out. Martin and Scott both had an excellent technical knowledge and were very professional and skilled. My new Rock Door slab looks fantastic and I am grateful for the expertise of Martin and Scott and also to all the Martindales Customer Services Team for providing such an excellent service!

Thanks very much to Danny and Lee for making the trip up to the Highlands to repair storm damage at my mum's house after Martindales were appointed by her insurers. The lads were, by all accounts, friendly, helpful and efficient and did a fantastic job. The repairs have already been put to the test during stormy weather last week, and I am pleased to report they have held up! Great job from Martindales, thanks again.
