From our initial meeting with Tom, updates from Amy and installation from John and Harry, Martindale have been a professional, friendly and helpful company to deal with. Our new bay windows look great and the whole process from getting a quote to instillation took under a month. Our fitters, John and Harry, were hard workers, polite and kept us informed of progress. Martindale were recommended to us and I would definitely recommend them to others. It is always good to support a local business.

I needed my front door to my apartment replaced and it had to be a fire door . Martindale responded to my request exceptionally well they recognised from the first stages of my enquiry exactly what was needed and I felt safe and secure in using them as supplier and fitting because of this . During the whole process Martindale where extremely professional explained everything and gave a realistic timescale On the day of fitting the door the fitters couldn’t have been any better and completed an extremely thorough and professional job . They took the old broken door away - cleaned up and left the site looking like they hadn’t been . Before the fitter left he explained in thorough detail how the new door worked and how to initially maintain it . Martindale might be a little more expensive but it is well worth that little extra for a really good job done I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome

We employed Martindale Windows and Developments to install new flush casement windows, a new entrance door and the complete replacement of the fascia’s, soffits and gutters. Throughout the whole process we have been extremely impressed with their professionalism, from initial contact to final completion. After making our first enquiry MWD quickly helped us to finalise our requirements and we were in receipt of a full quotation with a detailed breakdown along with a visual images within 48 hours. We were quite specific in our requirements but found MWD to be most accommodating and it was quite evident that they always have their Clients satisfaction at the core of their service. At no time was there any pressured selling. During installation, it is to their credit that their Team always acted with care, consideration and respect when working in our home. They were polite and courteous at all times. At the end of the day everything was left clean, tidy and safe. On completion all new works were cleaned, Windows polished and any debris swept away. We are extremely pleased with the new Windows, door and fascia’s which are all of high quality and their workmanship to be recommended, but we were more impressed by how the whole team conducted themselves throughout the whole process. We would like to name individuals but to be honest, everyone stood out as equally professional. In conclusion we would have no hesitation in recommending Martindale Windows & Developments on any future projects.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish We’ve recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Martindale Windows and Doors, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of the fittings themselves is outstanding — the difference it has made to our home in terms of both appearance and performance is immediately noticeable. Had a really good experience with Martindale Windows starting with Tom who was very patient throughout a protracted sales process as we vacillated on our choice of door and frame. Once we had decided on which product to select, communication from the company was well-timed and helpful. Stan and Jamie did a great and very efficient job of installation last week. We are very happy with our new front door and frame. We would not hesitate to recommend Martindale!
