Lochinvar Developments Ltd

We are very impressed with the service we have received from Lochinvar and would definitely use them again for any future projects. The process was easy from start to finish and we are delighted with our finished build. The workmen were professional, polite and tidy and we were kept updated on progress throughout. Chyvonne in the office was friendly and organised and responded really quickly to any queries we had. I would fully recommend Lochinvar to anyone thinking of building an extension.

New Windows & Doors I chose Lochinvar for my new windows and doors as I had friends who had had worked carried out by them in the past, and couldn’t sing their praises highly enough. I had 8 windows, new front and back doors along with new French doors fitted yesterday and today. The quality of the goods is exceptional. The installers the Beatties (2 brothers and their dad) were outstanding. Their attention to detail is meticulous. They were tidy, efficient and nothing was a problem. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Disrespectful and unprofessional – months of being ignored I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service. After a home visit in November and an office visit in January, we were promised a quote within days but are still waiting months later. Communication has been very poor. We were effectively ignored, with the only update coming after I chased them myself back in March, only to be told they were still waiting on contractors. The lack of transparency is frustrating. If they weren’t interested in the project, a straightforward response would have been far more professional than being left without updates after multiple visits. I would not recommend if you value your time or expect basic courtesy.

We are delighted with our replacement windows from Lochinvar. This is a firm that looks after the customer and who strive to get everything right for you. The Beattie’s who carried out the work did a fantastic job and left both the inside & outside immaculate. A happy customer!

We chose Lochnivar over another well known Edinburgh supplier, on price and a better inclusive offer of additional internal insulation and external colour offering. They were late coming to start the work due to poor weather holding back progress on previous jobs. The old conservatory was removed and the new one erected in three days. The internal work was completed except the decoration, but it was complete for us to be able to have Christmas Dinner in our new conservatory. One of the glass roof panels which was incorrectly manufactured, and one of the window panels had been manufactured too short, but straight after Christmas, new replacements arrived and were exchanged. No argument. The entire conservatory was cleaned and completed. We are very pleased with our new conservatory and have enjoyed starting to use it. Our cats love it too! We would have no problem in using Lochnivar again for further work.

Excellent service from Lochinvar - replaced all windows and doors. Team were helpful and friendly from start to finish. Good Customer service, any small issues dealt without any problems and quickly. Would definitely recommend Lochinvar.

Really pleased with our new sun room. The whole process was very efficient and well-managed. All the builders worked hard and to a high professional standard, and did a great job. Would highly recommend Lochinvar.
