LMD Conservatory Roofs

Was a little unsure prior to LMD coming on site to rebook our conservatory roof. But once Mark and his mate started all concerns disappeared, it's been over a week since completed and the difference it's made regarding temperature in the roomr from us not being able to use it during daylight hours we can now use even with the temperature we have been experiencing. Just have to see what winter will be like ?? But all I can say is a big well done to marl and his mate first class workman ship and no mess left for me to clear up WELL DONE AGAIN WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYBODY

Extremely happy with our roof transformation, so happy we can actually use our conservatory all year round now as it was a wasted space before. Peter was so helpful from start to finish and the workmen were friendly, efficient and super clean. Would highly recommend to anyone, thanks again guys :)

Having recently had a conservatory roof replaced by LMD I can highly recommend them. The estimation process was thorough and detailed with all questions very well explained. Costs were highly competitive and the fitters, Pete and Alex, were exceptionally thorough, quick and tidied up brilliantly afterwards. There was a very minor snag following fitting which was sorted within hours. A great job by a very slick and well organised team

Hi. My conservatory had been transformedby LMD. It used to haveca plastice roof, when the sun was out it wad unbearably hot. LMD jabe replaced it with a featherlight tild roof with an arched wood frame. Its very strong and will last for many years. I will now be able to use my conservatory all year round. I would recomend LMD to anyone who wants to improved and increase the value of thete house

To say I am thrilled with my new conservatory roof would be an understatement. Workmanship of Pete and Alex was exceptional. Everyone I have dealt with at LMD is so friendly. I thoroughly recommend them.

AVOID! Unfortunately, my experience with this roofing company was extremely disappointing. The initial work was not completed properly, and several issues became apparent shortly after the job was finished. What should have been a straightforward roof replacement turned into a long and frustrating process to get the problems addressed. Peter initially came round to my property and sold me a dream with how the process would work, however when Martin started at the property it all became apparent that wouldn’t be the case. Martin firstly arrived at my property hammering his hand on my window (where there’s a doorbell to use) demanding drinks upon instant arrival. When the job was completed the state of the floor was horrendous to say the least- Peter had told me the floor would be well protected. When I brought this to Peters attention his exact words to me were ‘well I can’t believe you didn’t provide my workers with a drink when they arrived at the job, you would think in your line of work you’d be used to making drinks’- I had shared that I worked in hospitality when Peter came to quote the job. The problems were endless, 3 call backs because they didn’t fix the new guttering correctly, silicone instead of plaster where the new spotlights were fitted. But worst of all was yet to be discovered. When we had the first rainy period after the roof was fitted, cracking and leaks started to appear. I got another roofer to take a look on the roof, where they discovered there was now no led flashing on the roof and it had been disguised by using silicone and taking the beads off the roof tiles to try to hide it! Glass was also left outside the property once the job was completed. Communication was poor throughout, with repeated delays, missed commitments, and a lack of urgency in resolving the issues they had created. I spent far more time chasing updates and arranging return visits than any customer should have to. While the company eventually attempted to rectify the situation, the amount of stress, inconvenience, and time involved made the entire experience a nightmare. I would expect a professional roofing company to get the job right the first time or, at the very least, handle any problems promptly and professionally. Based on my experience, I would definetly recommend to stay well clear of LMD roofing!
