This company is so professional. I requested a quote to replace our double glazing which was arranged very quickly and was very reasonable. The guys then came out to accurately measure up and were very conscientious and professional. Shortly thereafter we received an unexpected offer on our property which we had recently taken off the market and our buyer did not wish us to proceed with the replacement double glazing . I contacted Pete and he very kindly managed to stop production and refused to charge us for their time, despite committing a fair amount of time to measuring multiple panes for all of our windows. If our sale falls through we shall definitely be going back to them.
