Thank you to K2 Window & Doors who fitted on time yesterday a new kitchen window and also replaced the leaded glass windows in the front bay with new glass.Both jobs were completed to the highest standard. Special praise goes to the loan fitterJustin who had already completed a previous appointment and due to heavy downpours was unable to arrive at my home until after 3pm. Further showers did not stop him from cheerfully cracking on with the job in hand.He worked non-stop until completion. I couldn't fault the quality of his work especially the sealant & trim finish. I recently had a new front arched outer porch door supplied and fitted by K2 Windows and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. "Shak", one of the directors, personally travelled from Stoke to visit me in Wolverhampton on a Saturday morning to provide a free, no-obligation quotation. That level of commitment really stood out to me. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained and demonstrated the different options available, and never made me feel under any pressure. He genuinely went the extra mile throughout the whole process, and it certainly didn't go unnoticed. The installation team were outstanding and professional in their approach, kind, courteous and clearly proud of their work. They worked through heavy rain, hail and strong winds without cutting corners, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. They removed the old door, frame and glass, took everything away, and left the area spotless. The entire installation was completed in just one day, from start to finish, without compromising on quality. I shopped around and obtained three quotes before making my decision. K2 Windows weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. For me, they offered the best value for money, and the finished result speaks for itself. The quality, attention to detail and overall finish are outstanding! I'd happily call it a 10-star finish. I'm so pleased with the end result that I've told Shak he's more than welcome to use my installation in any future promotional material. I'll happily recommend and promote K2 Windows whenever I get the chance, and this review is just a small way of saying thank you for a fantastic job.
