Just Blinds Ltd

Paid over £1500 for motorised blinds that have a 2" gap on each side. This gap is clearly visible inside and out as shown on the attached photos. It's such a big gap I initially thought there had been a mismeasurement, however I am told this gap is standard in a square bay window with this type of blind. If I had seem photos of the expected gap I would have made a more informed choice for a blind that actually covers the window. I expressed my disappointment regarding paying a premium price for a bespoke product and have been told they'll happily quote for a different type of blind for the side windows which will not leave a gap. I would have liked a blind that covered the window in the first place.

Ordered shutters from Just Blinds to replace very old and worn out Venetians and they are superb! They took a little longer to arrive but with everything that’s happening in the world, it’s hardly a problem, they absolutely were worth waiting for. From Laurence who came initially to measure up, to Phil who came to finalise and to Matthew who fitted them perfectly (and left everything tidy) the process has been perfect, and every member of the team has been a joy to deal with, thank you all. They also have a superb sales team - big thanks to Marissa and Jo for their patience and understanding. Can I also say a big thank you for the gift of a bottle of fizz and cat treats for my spoilt cat, what a lovely gesture.
