Had several large front windows replaced at our home in Egerton by JB Windows & Doors Ltd, along with a new bow window, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Before the work even began, we had quite a lot of questions about the design, options and installation, and Josh was always very professional, patient and helpful in answering everything clearly. That gave us a lot of confidence going ahead with the job. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The quality of the windows and workmanship is very good, and communication throughout was clear and professional. We also received the ASSURE certificate and all relevant paperwork promptly after completion, which was reassuring. Pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of work and service provided. Very happy with the result overall and would happily recommend them to others in Egerton and the surrounding area.

Within minutes of speaking with Josh about potentially installing a new front door, i had the brochure sent to me and the price not long after, which was more than reasonable.
