Jack's Glass

The girl on the phone is extremely rude and obnoxious! So much so I have cancelled our order & gone elsewhere.. (less then half price fitted I must add). Reading past reviews it seems to be a recurring thing!

Having ordered a pane of toughened glass I realised hours afterwards I had made a fatal measurement mistake.igot InTouch the following morning and the lady was amazingly helpful and managed to get the correct size altered just before it was cut many thanks top form.

Doesn't even warrant 1 Star!! Horrendous company, rudest customer service I have ever known! I hope the owner sees this and honestly do yourself a favour and sack them both!

Where to start… visited them in Hull before Christmas and explained that we wanted a custom piece of glass for a shower screen. We agreed to make a template and drop it off. When we dropped the template off, we reiterated the fact that the edges were not square. They promised 2 week delivery. 3 weeks later, after me chasing them multiple times, the glass finally came, and guess what… the piece we waited for was completely wrong, and not square. It was different to the template and did not fit my shower at all. After informing them, they admitted fault and replaced the glass, but again this was another 3 weeks. They could not give me a confirmed delivery date. Said they would ring me back to confirm but these calls never came, I was chasing them down for an update. Finally nailed them down to a delivery date. Now I have a fully functioning shower enclosure…. Just under 3 months after placing the order I may add!!!!!!! Poor customer er service, would never recommend or use them again.

Staff are very helpful and gave great advice, definitely recommend.

Brilliant service and very fair price. Our vivarium glass shattered suddenly without warning and, within an hour, we had in hand a custom cut replacement piece of safety glass. Thought it was going to be a nightmare to sort when it happened, but it was absolutely easy thanks to Jack's Glass 👌

i had two wardrobe doors full glass and was delivered and taken up stairs for me i will definitly use them again.
