Outstanding product and outstanding service. My home has superb sliding “pocket” windows that retract completely into a cavity in the wall. Last night one door could not be closed completely. I emailed the company and telephoned their office at 9am. They understood the potential seriousness of doors of the house that could not be closed. An engineer - Stephen- arrived (35 miles) within two hours. Something (it turned out to be a broken screw, possibly from the carpenters who did the barn conversion 6 years ago) within the wall cavity had snagged the rear of the sliding door preventing it closing. We feared that he would have to drill through the plaster wall but Stephen (who was fantastic) worked out a way to get access to the cavity without such drastic action. He fixed the whole thing within three hours. Polite, resourceful, efficient, professional, a credit to the company and a huge asset to his employer. He tidied everything up and re-sealed the casing, leaving it like new. Brilliant and such a relief. Thank you to IDSystems of Norwich. Top of the range for windows and aftercare service. Outstanding from start to finish! We drove to the Norwich showroom, met Lucy, who was really welcoming and very helpful. Seeing and feeling the sliding doors and windows helped us decide immediately. Survey was booked and again most helpful when he came to see us. The only down side was the wait for manufacture, 12 weeks, which did delay our extension but, we were happy to wait. Paul & Simon came to install 3 windows and our sliding doors and we could not be happier. They were amazing professional but friendly and very efficient. We are over the moon with the quality and the finished look. We can’t thank you all enough and would highly recommend.

We contracted ID Systems to install bi-fold doors. We chose them for the quality of the product. From start to finish they were outstanding, professional and thorough. A big shout out to our installers Paul and Lewis, and to Lucy in the Norwich offices who was very patient when we were being indecisive. We are so glad we went ahead.

We are very satisfied with our new EDGE2.0 sliding door. We visited 6 different manufacturers/showrooms and I’m so glad we’ve chosen IDSystem in the end. The product is very solid, well made and has a sleek design. Costumer service has been responsive and helpful (special thanks to Lucy and Claire). We’ve chosen the gun metal Grey (DB 703) textured colour that required a longer lead time but it definitely was worth the wait. The delivery and installation has been done within the agreed time. Additional note, IDSystem has a pretty decent size stand at The Building Center in London WC1E 7BT, where you can see their products, it’s been very handy for us going there and test the product before committing to the purchase. In a nutshell: strongly recommend IDSystem for the high quality product and top level service.

At the Norwich showroom, Ryan was professional and helpful and made selection and ordering a smooth process. The fitters were friendly and worked with our builders and around us as we were still living on site so that we were not inconvenienced. The windows, bifolds and doors have not disappointed in terms of quality and look amazing. We are looking forward to the completion of the rest of our building project so that we can start to enjoy them.

Our experience with IDSystems was excellent.
