Very happy with the service provided by Homequest. We had replaced wooden fascias and soffits for the pvc type and it looks excellent. Friendly team and would use again!

One of my family members, who doesn’t go online had this rubber roof done last year by this company. The joiners cut corners and never installed the parts of which are needed, leading to all our rubber being ripped off, we had to secure this down ourselves with bricks also whenever we have tried to contact the owner, nothing has ever been done about it. I would advise anyone that is planning on undergoing improvements with their home using this company to avoid it as much as the prices are attractive, the quality, workmanship and communication are absolutely terrible. Update: I have now been made aware that this company does not hold a SEPA special waste carrier license for the removal of asbestos so any that they do is illegal. BEWARE!!!!!

Home Quest, over a number of years, have carried out quite extensive home improvements on our property: triple glazing throughout, erecting a garden room on the footprint of the original conservatory and recently, fitting a new front door. They are a thoroughly reputable company, good to work with and produce excellent results, reasonably priced. We have recommended Home Quest to neighbours who requested their details and they have also had quite major renovations done.

We are delighted with the work that homequest carried out on our house. This was a big job with most of our downstairs being ripped out and renovated. We had an old conservatory at the back that was not really used and the team turned this into a fantastic extension with kitchen and living area. We also replaced our old galley kitchen with a utility room and bathroom, added a front porch and partitioned off a section of our lounge to create a lounge and hallway. The crew were hard working, highly skilled and completed the work to a very high standard. We knocked a star off as throughout the process there were times when we felt communication could have been a little better and a couple of issues could perhaps have been avoided (they were good at resolving them) before they occurred. The house has been transformed and our quality of living has significantly improved. Thanks to all the team for a job well done.

5 STAR SHAMBLES. I have used this company in the past when I got new windows fitted they left an very good job. so I thought would get back in touch with them and get a quote to replace our conservatory as it had seen better days. I then got in touch with Gary and he sent a salesman round to measure up and give me a price for the work that needed doing. The salesman turned up a very nice young chap to take a look at what needed done and gave me a price. I was amazed by the quote as it was thousands of pounds cheaper than the first quote. I straight away signed up for the works to be done and a deposit in cash and was told the works would commence 5 weeks later. 5 weeks later and there was no communication from Homequest to confirm the start date. Eventually after many phone calls to the owner that he never answered he finally answered and used the excuse that he was on holiday and that the factory where the conservatory was coming had been closed down due to an outbreak of Covid and he was trying to source a new supplier. Eventually 3 weeks later the date was set and the joiner turned up and demolished the old conservatory down and proceeded to build the new one. After it was all finished the first shower of rain fell it was leaking so bad. I was told someone would be round to put it right. A week later and the joiner came back to put it right but not before my sofa got completely ruined.
