Harveys Windows & Conservatories

Harveys Windows & Conservatories is a family-run business that has been operating for over 20 years. It serves Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands. The company offers a full 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. It has a showroom in Leicester where customers can meet the team and see products. The team includes designers, surveyors, fitters, and project managers. The main services include UPVC double glazed windows, doors, conservatories, and other home improvement services.

In Leicester, Harveys Windows & Conservatories has earned a loyal following, with customers returning over many years for replacement windows, new front and kitchen doors, a conservatory build, guttering and door realignment. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with fitters arriving as promised and completing installations swiftly, sometimes within a couple of hours.

Named staff come up regularly: Tom is credited with measuring, fitting and realigning doors while explaining the work clearly, and Kyle, Ollie, Andy, Charlie, Martin and Pam are each praised for careful workmanship. Tidiness is mentioned often, with dust sheets protecting floors and all debris removed afterwards. A handful of customers describe a smooth journey from the initial quotation through to aftercare, with clear communication and small issues dealt with promptly and without fuss.

Reviewers highlight the project management on the conservatory as strong throughout, from the design stage to the finished garden room, which exceeded expectations. Fair pricing and a willingness to return during a holiday period to complete a job also feature, alongside consistent satisfaction with the finished result. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the respectful attitude towards customers' homes and the quality of the final installation, which reviewers say matched or surpassed what had been discussed beforehand.
