Ordered 2 sets of side hung hinges at 14:30 on Friday. Received the hinges by 15:30 today - Saturday and had them fitted by 16:30 after having to drill out some corroded fixings in the existing hinges. The new universal hinges were a perfect fit. Incredibly easy to use - sent a photo of the window lock (we are in a rented house with no keys for any of the window locks). Got an email reply with the key type - quick order and it arrived very quickly. We now have ventilated rooms! SUCH a good service! Definitely recommend.

Firstly they had what I wanted in stock and was an exact match so fitting dead easy. They are let down by DHL who lost the first pack but Handles and Hinges sent duplicate with no hassle. Thanks to Donna who sorted everything Brilliant service
