I'm the kind of person who does their homework before hiring any tradesman. I got four or five quotes, researched certifications, read every review I could find, and asked a lot of questions before making a decision. If that sounds like you, read on. From the very first contact, Dan (Owner) was patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I came back to him multiple times with questions covering everything from window customisation to certification to fitting considerations, and every time he answered in full, with no pressure and no expectation. That alone set Hampshire Windows and Doors apart. Once I was ready to proceed, I sent photos and specifications to get an initial quote, and then Ben came out to measure up. He was personable, thorough, and professional, there wasn’t a question I couldn’t ask. The quote matched, we proceeded! I had a narrow window of availability and they worked around it, finding a gap in their schedule even when they had other jobs on. On the day, Ben and Dean were efficient, professional, and left the house without mess. I am genuinely delighted with the finished result. If you are doing your due diligence and sitting on the fence, I hope this helps. Hampshire Doors and Windows absolutely deserved my business, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I’ll be using them again to do my front door once the savings pot is topped up again!

Ben and his colleague did an amazing job fitting our front door. We had fallen in love with a specific design that wasn't quite going to fit in our available space. While other companies we contacted didn't offer us solutions, Ben immediately stepped up and explained how he could adjust the opening to make it fit, which we deeply appreciated! They arrived right on time and installed the door to an exceptionally high standard. When they finished, everything was left spotless. What impressed us most was their incredible attention to detail: they used trims and finishing touches so seamlessly that it looks like the door has always been there; no ugly gaps, visible expanding foam, or messy edges anywhere. The door functions perfectly, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this company!

Dan, Dean and Ben have been excellent, and this is the third project they have done for me. This time they replaced 3 outside doors and rebuilt a porch with new windows. Their work is 5*. The doors and windows fit perfectly - so no more draughts and the house is much warmer. The doors look fabulous, with beautiful door furniture too. The outer door to the kitchen is a stable door in a stunning French blue. I am thrilled, and they are nice guys to have around, and worked incredibly hard. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish I can honestly not rate Dan and Ben highly enough. A pleasure to deal with, honest and straight down the line, and very professional. On the day of fitting Ben and Dean fitted my windows and doors and were friendly, polite and cleaned up everything afterwards. A fabulous job all round. Wow just WOW! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Their customer service is unbelievably incredible and the pricing is also very competitive too. We asked for a bespoke personalised stained glass front door and side windows. We got more than what we could have ever dreamt off, perfect doesn’t even come close! We were so impressed with our front door that when we needed new Bifold’s for our extension, I went straight to Dan and didn’t need to bother shopping around as I knew we’d be looked after and that was one less thing to have to worry about. Ben fitted both doors and I can’t fault his workmanship and his attention to detail. Anything I asked Dan for, he went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream doors. If any of my calls were missed, I got a call back straight away. Their customer care does not stop at the doors being fitted. We can tell they are proud of what they offer and what they bring to families like mine. Forever grateful. Thank you
