Emergency call-outs and planned glazing projects alike recur in the feedback for this Edinburgh service, with customers describing swift responses at unusual hours alongside scheduled refurbishment work. Paul, the name that appears most often, is praised for turning out quickly after late-night calls, securing and boarding damaged glass doors, and for the depth of his knowledge when tracing faults. A recurring theme is the double glazing of sash and case windows, combined with draught proofing and refurbishment, alongside replacement of Velux units and repair of a communal stair cupola.

Several reviewers describe the finished work as tidy and thorough, noting that any snagging items were addressed within days of completion. Transparency, reliability and flexibility around other trades on site come up often, as does the friendly manner of the person carrying out the job. Speed is another consistent point, with one customer reporting a window fixed far sooner than expected after an initial call. Work that goes beyond routine servicing, correcting faults left by earlier installation, is repeatedly highlighted, as is the proper securing of boards over broken glass.
