Unbelievable service by these guys. I ordered a replacement Hormann unit, received a phone call the next morning confirming correct fitment, unit arrived the next day. I forgot to order a Keyfob to go with it, ordered that evening, arrived the next day. The customer service was very friendly and reassuring. Highly recommend.

All the staff I spoke to were great from my initial contact to the end of the work on my garage door - always friendly and helpful. An especial shout out for Lukasz who patiently explained everything he needed to do and then did a brilliant job getting a 25 year old Hormann up and over door working like new. We couldn't recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and reliable. They completed the installation in just one day and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Communication throughout was excellent. The fitter regularly checked that we were happy with the colour and finish, took the time to explain how everything worked, including the key fob, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. We're really pleased with the finished result and would definitely use them again.
