We have had our blinds 5 years now, we had the whole house done with shutters then these perfect fit blinds in the diner kitchen which have already been partially replaced once. They had to replace them with another colour as ours was discontinued and this makes me wonder why? Is it because they aren’t suitable? As you can see from the photos we paid a lot of money for 4 doors and 6 windows and they are coming apart and splitting! Awful.
Wow — how stunning are these shutters! From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. The office team were friendly and efficient, and Zac, who installed mine today, was fantastic. He didn’t hang about — had them up in no time! Very professional, tidy, and pleasant to deal with. Great workmanship.He even arrived early, which is always a bonus. Great prices too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful shutters and top-notch service. The Gaffer even dropped in! 👍🏽.
We’ve had both shutters and perfect fit blinds from Fraser James over the last 12 months. Our latest perfect fit blind was fitted by Roy - he did an excellent job! The fitters are always professional, friendly and efficient. The products are excellent quality and very competitively priced. Also great customer service. Throughout the installation the two guys ,Ned & Zach were both uber professional, seeking our input and satisfaction as the project went on. They were super friendly, quiet, tidy, no issue at all having them in the house for the 2 days. From start to finish FJB have been easy to deal with, everyone we spoke with knew their role, and when they told us something would e done, it was! Very happy to recommend these guys👍
Absolutely love my new wardrobes and office cupboard and shelves - they look fabulous. Ordering process was really easy, and Ned and Zac the fitters were brilliant - really respectful and cleaned up after themselves! I’ve also had shutters fitted through Fraser James and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for those too.
