Flair Windows: Double Glazing Sutton Coldfield

We have just had all our windows and front door replaced. We are very pleased with all the workmanship. The salesman, surveyor and the fitting team were all professional. All work was done to a high standard and we are very pleased!

I would recommend Flair having completed four installations in my property, each occasion starting with a helpful consultation by Jack and a professional install by the team. Every window I’ve had installed has offered thermal and acoustic benefits to my older property, I trust the service this business offer.

Had two exterior doors fitted by Flair late 2022 and have had nothing but issues regarding difficulty opening front door to numerous problems with draughts, even sunlight shining through bottom of front door. The problem still exists with the back door, wind whistling through bottom. Someone has been out on every occasion but like I said the problem still exists. Emailed Sharon Lugg and was expecting someone out today (23/4/26 yes 4 years later)but nobody showed up. Perhaps they’ve a lot of rectifications to see to. Time to email FENSA

Had a brand new composite door installed by Flair Windows recently. I am very impressed with the whole experience from the showroom to the professional installation team. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Flair installed a composite door for us. The whole process was very straightforward. First we viewed stock at their Mere Green showroom. They helpfully gave us an indication of likely cost, then booked in a site visit to get full instructions from us. A little while later, a survey was carried out to ensure a proper fit. We were then very pleased to have the door install

Flairs Doors and Windows installed our new front door and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, with clear communication and no hassle. The fitting was done to a high standard and we’re really pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend!

Flair windows have changed all my 21 windows in 2 days and the standard of work is amazing. The installations guys were super professional and kept everything clean, attention to detail was great. Jack the sales and the admin team were very quick to answer all my questions professionally and efficiently. I am so happy with their windows, I have also ordered my new door with them.
