Very professional service from quotation right through to fitting and after care. Michelle and Julia are lovely people to work with, they respond quickly to emails, are friendly polite and have excellent attention to detail nothing is too much bother. There recommended to us by many if our neighbours who have used them. We were so pleased with the quality of blinds and the fitting service. The blinds have made such a difference and we are now able to use rooms in the heat of the day that we could not use before. Thank you both again for everything. We would highly recommend and will certainly use again in the future.

The experience was far better than that offered by a well-known major retailer. They came to my home personally and brought a wide selection of fabrics, including many of the same high-quality options used by larger retailers. Their expertise was invaluable in helping me colour-match the blinds to my sofa and choose a style that perfectly complemented the character of my property. I didn't know much about the different curtain systems and options available, including the wave system, but everything was explained clearly and without any pressure. When you're investing in large, bespoke curtains and blinds, it can be quite nerve-racking, especially when you can't fully visualise the finished result. As my home is a converted barn, all of the windows are different shapes and sizes due to the age and character of the building. Fenestram measured every window with great care, and each blind and curtain has been made and fitted perfectly. The fit and finish are absolutely spot on. We've just had Fenestram shutters fitted to our lounge window and boy do they look good! Julia and Michelle who supplied and fitted them were lovely. I don't think you'll get better value for money.

Second time I have used Fenestram and I cannot recommend them any higher. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Verticals fitted to three windows, including a bay, within an hour. Will be using them again.
