Fast Repair Newcastle is a glazier and glass repair business based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with 12 years of experience in the double glazing repairs industry. It specialises in replacing misted, cracked, broken and frosted glass, and repairs UPVC windows and doors, including glass replacement, hinges, locks, tilt and turn windows, door panels, and wooden sash windows.

The company provides both domestic and commercial services, and offers an emergency boarding up service for commercial and residential properties. It serves Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland, Gateshead and the North East of England. A customer named Foysol is associated with the business.

Householders and landlords in Newcastle upon Tyne contacting this glazier for emergency repairs describe a service built around speed and clear communication. Several customers explain that sending a photograph of the problem by phone produced an instant quote, with an engineer arriving within half an hour on one occasion and on the same day in others.

The work itself covers replacement double glazing panes that have misted or cracked, tilt and turn window mechanisms, broken hinges and internal windows, and a number of reviews mention that the finished result matches the original style. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of finish: windows are cleaned afterwards and mess is cleared away, with one customer noting an offer to vacuum the room.

Faysol is named in feedback for his courtesy, efficiency and the way he assesses a fault, measures up and explains the repair in plain terms before starting. Customers also highlight fair, competitive quotes given over the phone or after a visit, and parts sourced at a reasonable cost for older frames. Communication before and after the job is praised, as is the punctuality of arrival times, and the same team is described as helpful and respectful of property throughout.
