Emerald Home Improvements Derby

Mark and Dan have been three times on separate occasions to install front and back windows and both front and back door. Great and friendly lads, have made sure all is working correctly and we are happy before leaving. Cleaned up afterwards making sure all is tidy.

We recently had our conservatory roof changed from glass to tiled. It has made such an improvement to reducing the temperature in our home and also made the conservatory feel more like part of the house. We had the work done by Steve and Charlie, they worked relentlessly in the heatwave and I was blown away by how quick they had it done even working in nearly 40°C heat! They were on time, polite and tidy workers. Charlie also kindly helped move some wood that a family member was collecting from our garden on one of the afternoons. Which I was so grateful for. Before they left they adjusted our conservatory door so it closes easier now. Thank you! I also happenes to notice the bolt on our garden gate (that had needed reattaching for a while) was suddenly fixed a few days after they left which they did just out of kindness. Thank you, thank you! Steve also helped me further after he'd completed the work as I needed to postpone the plastering work being done and I was unable to speak to head office due to the time of day. He contacted the plasterer directly for me which was such a relief. Both Charlie and Steve went above an beyond their job role whilst they were here doing the work and we couldn't be more grateful. New windows fitted today by Mark and Dan, they were very polite, did an excellent job, and changed up sheet themselves very effectively. I changed them to match the front door which was also done by Emerald to an exceptional standard a couple of months earlier. Very pleased with this company.

Matt and Gaz have done a brilliant job on our house. Despite a few unforeseen curveballs due to the age of the house they didn’t moan but got on with it and were Polite and friendly throughout. Really chuffed with their work!

I recently had a conservatory installed and I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience. The office team communicated well, the quotation was clear, the comments were attended, and Charlie, Steve and the crew were efficient and attentive to detail. The final result has exceeded my expectations — the conservatory looks fantastic and has truly enhanced my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering similar work.

Luke did an amazing job of replacing all our soffits, fascia’s and guttering and gable end with white uPVC. The house looks like it’s had a facelift! Luke was the epitome of a good workman; always polite, friendly and on time with lots of communication when he couldn’t get here for legitimate reasons. And he cleaned up too. Very pleased with the results. I don’t know how to add photos to this but I do have them.

EPDM rubber roof fitted on flat roof kitchen extension, guttering, soffit and downpipe. Luke did a cracking job in very hot conditions was efficient and was happy to tweak to my requirements and answer my million questions. Neat job. Cleared up superbly.
