Elegancy Blinds did an excellent job. Min came to quote and showed me various options and gave recommendations. The quote was very competitive and good value for the products I chose. The fitters were very professional and quality of the work is high. They noticed a couple of slats on the verticals for one of my French doors were not up to standard so ordered replacements which were fitted on a return visit. I am very satisfied with the service Elegancy Blinds provided. I was kept updated by David at the office every step of the way and am happy to recommend Elegancy to all family and friends and anyone else who may be interested. Thank you for doing such a good job.

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review here before. What a fabulous find this company was, we have had blinds fitted in our lounge and more recently in an extension. The service and attitude of the staff is exceptional and you would be hard pressed to find better. My parents who do not live locally saw my blinds and also wanted them fitted. Being in their 90s they were nervous of people they didn’t know and so Elegancy blinds were asked to do the job. They accepted even with the 150 mile round trip. They were so good with my parents , showing patience and understanding . I cannot recommend enough. If you have them in your list of possibilities, choose them. 👍

I am very pleased with their work, from measuring to supply and fitting, I was informed promptly about the order. The lady in the store is very welcoming and David from customer service coordinated all the work required.
