Outstanding service and aftercare – highly recommended. I have dealt with DW Windows on a number of installations over the years and, for me, the real measure of a company is not simply how they perform when they are carrying out the original work, but how they respond if you need them years later. We recently had a particularly difficult issue at a residential development involving water ingress around some French doors. Despite the original installation having been completed several years ago, DW Windows were incredibly responsive. Paul and the team attended site, took the time to properly investigate what was happening and, importantly, helped identify the root cause rather than simply carrying out a superficial repair. They then worked directly with the residents to arrange access and deal with the remedial works, keeping the whole process straightforward and professional. In construction, aftercare of this standard is genuinely valuable. It is very easy for companies to be attentive while a job is live; it says far more about a business when they are still prepared to pick up the phone, attend site and help resolve an issue years afterwards. Excellent service, knowledgeable people and a company that clearly cares about its reputation and its customers. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending DW Windows.

DW have just fitted a UPVC door at the back of my garage and cannot fault them in any way. From quoting to installing five star service. Thank you. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Very pleased with my new doors. I had to replace the patio doors because the bottom rail had split and they were so hard to open and close. Now they glide with ease. I also replaced my front doors and they look lovely, clean and white and I Love the bevelled glass Panels. Job well done.

We received excellent service from start to finish with DW Windows. There was never any pressure after the quote and we were only given one price. All of the staff we had dealings with were so helpful and professional and always willing to help. Fitting the windows and doors was a big job as it was the entire house but it was done smoothly and the house was left tidy at the end of each day. The fitters Chris and Brett were excellent, so obliging and polite. Thank you for a great service and experience, we are very happy.

This is my second time of using DW Windows and on both occasions, the customer journey from start to finish has been incredible. When obtaining the quote I had personal reasons that resulting in me having to delay the appointment to get all the paperwork signed, the office staff didn’t push for me to rearrange they were so understanding. When the surveyor came out he was double checking what I was asking for and making sure I was happy for the fitters not to patch up the plaster, pointless when it will be knocked off the wall within time. The fitters were incredible, always communicating with me and making sure I didn’t want them to go the extra mile with patching up the plaster. And finally, payment time the office staff double checked I was happy with the work and to say I am always speechless after the work is complete is an understatement. I am always blown away. On to the front door in 2026, hopefully.

I couldn't recomend dw windows enough. From the sales guy that came to give us a price I knew we had chosen the right company. Clear and honest pricing. And quality materials. Minor hiccup with instalation (accidents happen) but this was rectified within 36 hours. Will definitely be back when the windows need changing. We're so happy with our doors. Thanks DW. Craig at DW windows went through everything with us, from colour, type of windows they could supply & fitting & price. He was very helpful and curteos & was not at all pushy . When the fitters arrived they were polite and explained everything they were going to do. They made a really good job of fitting them & tidied up after they had finished. All in all a very pleasing job done from start to finish .
