Great service at the Made to Measure curtains, very helpful and professional.

Plenty selection of bedding. Reasonably priced and good quality.

There was confusion around an order. I had a conversation with a team member who was helpful and fantastic, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, she called over her manager (Alana) who proceeded to speak to me and her colleague in an incredibly condescending manner. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not understand what caused her to be so standoffish as the conversation I had been having before was incredibly friendly. This order will be my last with the company due to this

Shopping for a pair of bedroom curtains and found a beautiful light shade. Everything was easy to find. A lift is a available for disabled etc

Got some nice tea towels. 100% cotton. I like the new self scan area, someone watching over me to make sure I didn't take anything. Nice experience.

Seamless click and collect service, ordered a heavy dressing table and the member of staff wheeled it out to my car for me on a trolley and helped me lift it in my boot

Very disappointed with the customer service I received at Dunelm. I visited the store to return a wall mural that looked very different from the image shown on the packaging. I understand that stores have return policies, and I was prepared to discuss the situation respectfully. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke to was dismissive from the beginning and repeatedly stated that opened items cannot be returned. She did not inspect the product, listen to my explanation, or attempt to understand my concern. Instead, she simply repeated the same sentence over and over again. What upset me most was not the refusal itself, but the way I was treated. As a customer, I felt ignored, disrespected, and embarrassed. Good customer service means listening to customers, even when the answer is ultimately no. This experience has left me very disappointed with the store.
