It provides made to measure doors and frames from its workshop in Newcastle Upon Tyne. All doors are fitted by time served craftsmen. All work is fully guaranteed. The company covers the North East area, including Newcastle Upon Tyne, Northumberland and Durham. It attends the property to measure for exact requirements and helps customers choose doors for their home or office. It tidies up after fitting, leaving the property as it was found using its own equipment. It provides free quotations and free advice.

Internal oak doors and French doors form the bulk of the projects described, with Joe and his father named repeatedly as the pair who carry out the fitting. The process is set out in detail: a quick measurement visit, a discussion of door styles and handles, then a no-fuss installation during which the team works steadily and completes the job within a few hours. Tidiness features heavily in accounts, with floors hoovered, offcuts removed and the site left spotless.

Several customers highlight the guidance given on choosing doors and ironmongery, and the price is often described as reasonable for the standard of finish achieved. The team's response to a failed internal lock, which had left one resident shut out, is recounted as prompt, skilled and considerate. Reviewers note how new doors transformed the appearance of their homes, how easy payment proved once work was finished, and their willingness to return for further projects, while the operation is characterised as a one-stop family supply and installation service.
