Householders commissioning new doors have left accounts that diverge sharply. The positive note centres on the finished product, with the doors themselves rated highly for quality, and on a team remembered as friendly, professional and helpful from first contact to completion. That same customer felt the whole process ran without friction and expressed clear satisfaction with the result, while the standard of workmanship emerges as the strongest point in the favourable feedback. Set against this, communication is the theme that recurs most often in the remaining accounts.

Customers describe updates as difficult to obtain, telephone calls going unanswered and messages not returned, leaving them without any clear picture of progress. Timescales are a further repeated concern, with jobs that customers expected to be straightforward stretching across several months. In more than one instance the installation was still not finished when the account was written, and the failure to complete the work is cited alongside the lack of responsiveness as the main source of frustration and the reason for the low scores. The pattern is of doors that customers value, delivered through an administrative process that repeatedly fell short.
