Still waiting 8 weeks later. Their courier has lost 3 separate consignments of hardware “resulting in a Nationwide Shortage” NOT RECOMMENDED Update see their reply … so on the ball 😅 now fitted ! As to take it up with my supplier ?! They are reliant on your delivery process which has let your company down . However the blinds are great 2nd time used.

Fantastic service. Can’t fault my experience. Nathan, the fitter, was also excellent and really dog friendly as we have a rather playful German Shepherd. The result is excellent. Highly recommended.

I have used Don Smith blinds on two residential projects and the Nags Head pub in Wollaston. Dave never shies away from any projects, even when they’re tricky! We’ve always been very impressed with the service and receive wonderful compliments for the plantation shutters.

Don Smith Blinds came to our rescue after another blinds company were unable to get the parts for our very wide window. Dave came out to quote and gave honest and helpful advice about what would work best for our specific needs. I'm very happy with the solution recommended, it's actually a lot better than what we had originally ordered with the first firm! The finished result looks great and works well. Communication with the company was friendly and helpful. We had a slight technical issue on installation and Dave came back out to resolve this. All in all I was pleased with the service we received and would recommend them.
