Just had Ian, Stu and Jack here to fit a new roof on our conservatory and can't thank them them enough. Everything was done as promised and very professionally. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Brilliant job

Brilliant service to fix our lock on the door, he came all the way from Blyth after hours and fixed the lock very quickly. Considering we found that it wasn’t one of Deluxe Windows doors this gentleman still looked at our problem and fixed it, how nice is that ….at no cost, can’t thank you enough and you did it with a smile! If the customer service is this good we will definitely recommend. Thank you again.

Replacement DG Georgian Bar glass panel. Attended to measure up and quote which wad found acceptable . Returned within a week and completed the job. Very fast and efficient at a competitive price. Ian was very amenable and pleasant. Can confidently recommend, “Deluxe Windows and Doors”.

We had a glass conservatory roof replaced with a lightweight tiled roof. The new roof looks fantastic both inside and outside. All the guys are such hard workers and the finished roof looks amazing. 👏 👏 👏

I would very much recommend this company. There were professional, polite, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. They left no mess and took the old windows away very pleasant to deal with. Ian was great when he came to give me a quote for windows and doors. Very knowledgable, no hard sales tactics and explained in detail everything about the windows, doors and whole process. The quotation he gave me was well below what I expected and the quality of the windows and doors is brilliant! The fitters arrived on time and were all done and finished in 1 day. They were a great bunch of lads and couldn’t be anymore helpful and good at their jobs. They tidied up after themselves as they went and there wasn’t a bit of dust or rubbish left behind. I’ll definitely use Deluxe again and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Ian and the guys. 5 star service
