CR Smith - Double Glazed Windows, Doors & Conservatories

I highly recommend and praise CR Smith along with their employees for the service and product I have received. This is my first experience with CR Smith and certainly won’t be my last. My new front door looks incredible, it is superior in all aspects than the door the house was built with, with an install to match. James B guided me through every stage and was a pleasers to share a coffee with, he was very patient with my indecisiveness and incredibly helpful in guidance. Even making it along on install day to check in with me and the team. Mike and Liam who completed the install were absolute surgeons, they managed to swap the original out without disturbing a single time or piece of oak frame, honestly, hats off to you guys! CR Smith came in very close to my next best quote, and I can’t even tell you the difference in product, the quotes were not lie for like, for what I paid I feel like I got a brilliant deal and product.

I wanted to turn my kitchen bay window into a patio door for a very long time but was nervous about the paperwork, cost and results. C.R. Smith took care of everything for me, obtaining necessary building warrants and permissions, co-ordinating all the different experts required at each stage of the job, taking time to explain if some things had to be changed and making it a very easy experience for me, at a very competitive price. I am very happy with the results, which include a fitted cat flap, and would like to thank all involved especially Shaun and Alan who kept in touch every step of the way. I was also very impressed at how respectful everyone was, clearing up as they went along and ensuring the disruption to the shared stair and garden was kept to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending C.R. Smith for household building works and will be happy to use them in the future.
