we had house windows replaced few months ago. have done good job. had issues with utility door. when reported, they came and sorted it out. Thanks
100% would recommend coral windows! After having an awful experience with safestyle uk with poor communication and a poorly installed/manufactured door. Coral windows have come out when they said they would, given me an installation date and turned up on the date given with everything to spec and installed the door to a very high standard. I didn’t catch the engineers name but he was fantastic and went above any beyond. Can’t fault the process at all. 5* well deserved!
Wow thankyou for our new front door Which is brilliant. Carnt thankyou all from start to finish. Really pleased and would definitely recommend any one to go to Carol wind Ltd.Thankyou
I can honestly say, after dealing with window/door company’s through the years of doing our houses up, and some very good ones .Coral windows are up there with THE best if not THE best. From the very first phone call I made for a quote. The no pressure sales Guy was just great and the minute he walked out I did not even contemplate getting any other in. He sold it for us with the professional, no pushy attitude. Then’ right from that day we had the best service. I couldn’t believe how smoothly it all went, contact was excellent exceeding our expectations.. Surly I thought this is too good to be true. But it was an absolute pleasure, the fitters were smart professionals and so easy to talk to with an excellent work ethic. The price we payed was very good and no other window company could honestly compare to the quality and workmanship. It takes a lot to impress my husband, there’s always something that could be better.. But not with Coral windows he too was very happy and impressed and would recommend them to anyone. They even carried our some building requirements we needed to allow us to have the doors/windows as we wanted. I thank you and your brilliant staff right from the word go. Michelle & Gary Hope Howarth.
From the initial visit to the showroom then Kevin coming to our home to talk us through all the products ( we had already found what we wanted in the showroom) and finally to the fantastic installation team of Dave, Heather and Jake, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was quite daunting not knowing what to expect, but I have no hesitation to recommend Coral for your doors and windows. Their level of communication throughout the process was brilliant and a special shoutout to Paul the manager for taking the time to make sure we were happy with everything…
I had a truly frustrating experience with Coral Windows Ltd at their Bradford branch. They came to install a window, but the job was carried out with very poor workmanship. The design looked rushed and unprofessional, and the installers showed little attention to detail. They arrived with just the window and only returned two weeks later with the windowsill. I had told them clearly that I was due to start my holiday, but they showed no care or respect for my time or plans. One of the worst parts was the manager, George. I called him during the installation to raise serious concerns. He told me he would call me back in 10 minutes—but he never did. Later, he claimed he was “on his break,” which is completely unacceptable when a customer is actively trying to prevent mistakes in real time. Even when George finally came to the house two weeks later, nothing was properly resolved. After a long discussion about the poor service and wrong installation, he still didn’t offer a real solution. For example, the windowsill was cut too short and not pushed fully to the wall, leaving an unprofessional gap. To make matters worse, they used the wrong silicone colour. It was supposed to be white, as clearly shown on the paperwork—but they used brown instead. When I pointed this out to them, they didn’t take responsibility for the mistake. This experience was stressful, disappointing, and a complete failure of customer care and basic professionalism. I would strongly warn others to avoid Coral Windows Bradford—they are not what they claim to be.
This is the second time we have ordered from Coral Windows and, once again, we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions we had. The fitters, Dan and Liam, did an excellent job with the installation. They were punctual, tidy, and their attention to detail was second to none. We are absolutely delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coral Windows to anyone. We can’t rate them highly enough!
