This is my second garage doors order with Cooks - because I liked the first one so much. I like our second (larger) order even more. The colour (Rosewood) is fantastic - rich and stylish. The assemblers were great - having to overcome some construction issues and they were very pleasant, professional and friendly. We'd highly recommend Cooks for garage doors.

Extremely efficient taking ten days from recieving estimate to work being completed. Installers were on time,friendly and went over and beyond helping me clear garage,I live on my own and getting on a bit!! Thankyou,to James who came out initially and the two men this afternoon,sadly I've forgotten their names!

I asked Cooks to advise on product to shield my garden room from the sun. They mis-sold me a very costly Bambrella Umbrella System, far too large for my small patio and garden and not fit for purpose. I have since taken advice from two reputable companies: both advised external roller blinds for my patio doors to shield my garden room. I complained to Cooks. They resisted my complaint over a 6 month period. Completely lacking in empathy for the fact my patio had been rendered inaccessible by the huge structure. Eventually I was refunded via my bank's chargeback process and Cooks removed the Umbrella System. I will never know whether the mis-selling was intentional or whether it was due to incompetence. I hope the salesperson will now receive training and supervision to prevent a recurrence of mis-selling. In addition Cooks need to review their complaints procedures to ensure the delegated authorities are in place to deal with complaints swiftly. This firm showed no consideration of customer needs. I cannot therefore recommend this company.

You see the service of a company when things go wrong. My garage door all perfect. My gates not so (teething problems) each time i called they came out and fixed no problem ( no cost to me), gates have been running well, and I have now had my first service. Now all good for another year.

As always a very professional job done on blinds for our garden room. Excellent quality and workmanship.

We recently appointed Cooks to re-cover one awning and replace an old one, we had a very particular fabric colour/pattern that Tim worked extremely hard to source. Our experience has been excellent, from initial consultation to installation and follow up Cooks have been amazing, professional and gone above and beyond to ensure they could achieve our expectations. The products are of excellent quality and cost-effective. The installation of the roller-shutter doors was undertaken in a highly professional manner - scheduled rapidly and then carried out with precision and care. I would absolutely recommend.
