Conservatories & Windows Direct

We had a great experience with C&W definitely recommend to anyone, very professional team. We had a conservatory fitted with a roof, I was worried as not had great experience with builders. However Lee and his team was excellent, delivered the conservatory on time and nothing was too much trouble.

Out of the darkness from windows & conservatories sector we were very, very fortunate to have found C&W Direct Installations. The whole process for a French Door, from: initial contact, ordering, survey, delivery and installation surpassed our expectations. The agreed dates and times provided were all achieved, by courterious and effecient staff. Brilliant service.Would highly recomend this company.Our conservatory looks brilliant now it's all finished.The fitters were superb.Spotted slight flaw in 2 of the roof panes of glass which we would never have seen.These were replaced with no fuss or bother. Everyone that visits say how the conservatory now sets off the garden and added space.Its now our favourite room in the bungalow

C&W Direct replaced a total of 9 casement windows, a bow window and both the front and back doors of my house. The quote a received from C&W Direct was great compared to others I had received, they quoted what I wanted with no pressure, providing great advice where I needed. As well as the windows I needed lintel installation and also repairs to my bow window, which they happily accommodated in the quote. When they started work I had miscalculated my availability for the rest of the week, and needed to reschedule last minute, which they rearranged quickly and graciously despite, even though it was my error. During the install, unforeseen issues were found that need additional work. Brick work was needed where they were installing the lintels and the bow window was found to need intensive repairs. This additional work did require an additional cost but it was offered at a very reasonable price. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and have always been punctual. My installer Jack, along with Mitch, was fantastic, with work done to a high standard and them maintaining a cheerful demeanor despite the issues being thrown their way.

I was in the building industry all my working life (last 25 years I was a senior contracts manager in shop fitting) So I know a thing or to about quality building products. The quality of C&W regarding conservatory manufacturing is second to know. I know quality products having worked in places like Fortnum and mason, Harrods', Most of John Lewis stores all over UK, Commonwealth office Downing Street The conservatives have come on drastically from the early days and C&W are at the forefront . I can strongly say I would recommend them .

We have just had the whole house fitted with new windows and doors. We were extremely happy with both the process and the build. John was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the whole process with everything documented. The actual build is well managed by Lee, Jack and Mitchell, and they arrived when they advised and did a thorough and professional job. Would highly recommend this company.
