Bogdan is singled out repeatedly for clear communication and for setting out times that he and the team then keep, with reviewers noting that arrivals matched what had been agreed and that there were no delays. Praise for the standard of installation comes up often, including customised elements that allow the look to be tailored to the property and fitting that is described as careful and thorough.

Tidiness is another recurring theme: the team is said to clear up as it goes and to leave the property neat, while also being friendly, helpful and professional in their manner. Customers describe fair value for money and a service that aims to leave them fully satisfied, with several mentioning how quickly the work was completed and how well organised the whole process felt. Bespoke products, expert fitting of triple glazed units and a well-received new front door are among the specific jobs that reviewers highlight.
