The old conservatory was old and falling apart so I approached Castle after 2 of my clients recommended them to me. Ian visited and measured up after discussing my requirements and giving his professional advice as to what would work best. A week later I had another visit with a quote. My partner had several queries which I texted to Ian on a Saturday afternoon andaround 20 minutes later I had a reply containing all the information required. When I phoned to confirm acceptance of the quote I received another visit from Ian with Simon to survey the area and to discuss work procedures, start dates and payment etc. And you know what? The date they gave was the date they started! I had excellent communication all the way through the process, either with Ian, the office or the guys on site. The whole process was so smooth and seamless that no-one could believe how fast it was all completed. I am absolutely delighted with my new conservatory and highly recommend Castle. And I must just mention that the other quotes I sought were either non-existent and £5000 to £8000 HIGHER than Castle and it took nearly a week for one company to reply to those queries mentioned earlier. So if you want a prompt, personalised, professional service look no further!

We have used castle windows a few times over 35 years. A couple of days ago we had our existing upvc doors and windows replaced which were supplied and installed by castle windows 28 years ago with new windows and doors. Even though the existing windows were old they were still good. The only reason for change was due to glass/insulation improvements over the years. From the initial new telephone enquiry, site visit and instant quote, site survey and installation Castle Windows were outstanding. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. This is an amazing family business who offer good quality products at a very reasonable and competitive price. Together with the excellent installation team I believe castle windows are second to none. Highly recommend

This company is fantastic. They were recommended by a friend and they certainly did not disappoint. From the very first meeting with Ian regarding a conservatory build and new front door I felt confident they would do a great job. The quote was excellent and returned very quick and price extremely reasonable. The builders worked hard to prepare for the installation and the lads from Castle were brilliant. I honestly was so impressed with the way they work, they were friendly polite (even my neighbours said how courteous they were) and tidy. The finished conservatory far exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely recommend castle windows to everyone I know and will have them back to replace our windows in the future. Big shout out to Ian who has many years experience and doesn’t do the hard sell approach. He was able to offer expert advice along with a very good price. What a wonderful family company. All members of staff that I dealt with were very professional, friendly and helpful. A great team of fitters who were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am so pleased with the finished project and can’t recommend Castle Windows enough.

Had our conservatory built by castle windows 8 years ago. Unfortunately we got a leak in the ceiling . Got to say they are Brilliant with after care. They have came back a few times to rectify the issue and have eventually sorted it. The lads they send are very professional,Top company.

I spoke to several installers & found they were out to cheat me. However Castle Windows & Conservatories had a professional approach & carried out a fabulous job from start to finish in a professional & swift way. Nothing was too much trouble. Their devotion to quality & detail was outstanding throughout the dismantling & removal of the old conservatory right through to the installation of the new one. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have windows or a conservatory installed, knowing their work ethics were second to none. We have just had two bay windows and a front door fitted .. this is the third time Castle Windows have done work for us and yet again we are more than pleased with their workmanship and high level of service … the fitters were polite, friendly and efficient .. Paul, our initial contact, was the same. We cannot recommend this company enough.
