I've used this company for years, the product is quality material and the always helpful staff are second to none. Just received these max blackout stick on blinds and must admit was a little sceptical about the frame holding fast on the patio door glass especially when the 30+ degree sun is directly on them from 1pm, but have no fear, they haven't budged at all. So good I have just ordered some more.

Disappointing product and poor service Paid extra for quicker delivery, but the blinds arrived in a noticeably different colour from the one advertised online. The complaints process has been unnecessarily drawn out. After getting past the unhelpful chatbot, I was told I had to wait for a sample and send comparison photos, even though the issue is that the delivered blinds do not match the website images. I followed the process and sent everything requested, but have since received no response. I understand screen colours can vary slightly, but this is a clear difference and the company seems unwilling to refund or resolve it

I was initially a little bit sceptical of Blinds2Go because of how good the prices were, so I started initially by ordering some free samples. These arrive quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the blind and curtain samples I ordered, so I decided to bite the bullet. They had very easy to follow measuring guides, and I was a little bit worried because the beam I needed to fit my blind on was a very specific length (88.2cm) so I paid for the insurance as well - just incase. My blind arrived within the timeframe given, and fit absolutely perfectly. There was a small issue in that the rawl plugs hadn’t been included, but Jamie on their customer service team got it sorted super quickly. Fitting instructions were also very clear and the blind chain works smoothly. Super impressed and will be buying again in future.

We have bought 3 blackout pleated blinds from this company for our daughter’s bedroom. We haven’t had much success with blinds in the past but these are truly brilliant! Well worth the money spent and easy to install! Highly recommend!
