Bespoke Windows Hull

Absolutely dreadful service. They are happy to take you money when you have them put in but the aftercare is shocking! I had new windows and doors installed almost 4 years ago and was issued with a 10year warranty in writing from Colin. I have had nothing but problems. The enamel is coming off some of my window handles. The paint is chipping off my compasite front door the letter box has began to rust. I have been contacting Colin regarding this since June 2025 he advised at that he would order the things to replace/sort these. He is now not responding to any of my messages that I have sent him and I have also called and left messages at Bespoke windows and doors with no response. This company do not honour the warranty and are basically ignorant ignoring customers when you have problems with the equipment they've installed for you.

Very happy with my new bespoke conservatory roof . Colin and his team did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Built a lovely and great value tv room at the back of the house. Colin and the team were great, quality materials, really thorough job. Thrilled with the end result.

I can’t recommend these lads enough !! Family company in hull and they are absolutely brilliant at their jobs im one happy lady they couldn’t do enough for us and work is spot on we looked at all the big companies around the country and reviews were terrible we found these guys and I’m so glad we did not one thing wrong tided up friendly job just spot on what can I say except best window fitters in hull and no I’m not family I’m a genuine customer I highly recommend anyone who needs a perfect job doing our money is well spent full house done and front doors

Bought a composite Door and had nothing but trouble with the locking mechanism. Changed twice still persistent been on to Colin since August for a replacement lock and in the end new door because sick to death of waiting! Now mid Nov absolutely joke! Excuse after excuses..

Colin and the guys have done a cracking job on our house! All 9 windows changed, and 2 of those used to be doors! We had a front door changed to a window and the canopy removed. We had the French doors in the dining room changed to a picture window and it looks incredible! They were all very polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure everything was spot on before they left. I really recommend :) thanks a million!
