I had two big jobs done from then virtually one after the other. There were issues with the second job. There were many phone calls and cancelled appointments from them in an effort to get the job completed. Two times it was the fitter taken to hospital on the day of my job. Eventually it was done with no handles on the outside. Not the end result i wanted but a closure to the job . A year later one of the patio doors wouldnt open. I explained what the "fault" was. It took FIVE appointments to get someone out to do the job. Two times two different fitters were taken to hospital on the day of my job. Once fitter sent to different town, and at no point for any of the appointments was I told the fitter is not coming. Frustrating wait on every occasion and a call by me to be told of not coming. On the last occasion I thought I should share my grievance with the manager Bhalla. I explained everything to him and whats been happening. Eventually his comment was he hasnt got time for "life stories" and fitter will be sent. Fitter was sent on this occasion , both lovely guys as MOST of them are. but his comments left a sour taste. Lesson learnt, dont buy services from outside your town. .

We are absolutely chuffed to bit with the bay window and adjoining front door we had from Belle-View n our house in Birmingham. The price was very competitive and the lads who came to deliver and fit it were so lovely and did a very good tidy job. They even brought a hoover and cleaned up after so we're extra pleased. Brilliant communication from start to finish, someone’s always available to take your call. They have a flexible approach. The fitters are friendly and professional, work neatly and clean up afterwards. I have recommended other people and they are also very happy with their work.

Recently had 3 windows fitted by Belle-View, great from start to finish. A friend highly recommended them and the quote was a good price. Fitters were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.
