Even though they are based in Sunderland and we are based in Scotland, don’t let the distance put you off whatsoever. The pre-installation service with Gareth was second to none; he was remarkably adaptable to our needs, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Gareth’s attention to detail is exceptional, and after receiving some truly ridiculous estimates from other companies, the cost from Base UK was amazing. Fantastic service from start to finish. We were fortunate enough the lads were in the area the day we called for a quote and attended within the hour. The price was much cheaper than the other 3 we’d had and the job complete within 2 weeks. We opted for the grey frames as Gareth explained the price difference wasn’t that much greater when compared to the white and the finish looks amazing. Would 100% recommend.
