Really happy with the service, how quick and professional. My appointment was in the afternoon but they had a cancellation in the morning and asked if I wanted to bring it in earlier. Literally dropped the car off and it was done in under 2 hours.

I had a great experience with Autoglass Milton Keynes. The premises were very clean and well organised, which immediately gave a professional impression. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly skilled at what they do. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing windscreen repair or replacement.

I booked a windscreen replacement appointment 10 days in advance and received excellent reminders leading up to the appointment date. However, on the day...just 2 hours before the appointment...customer service called to inform me that the wrong windscreen had been delivered. This suggests a lack of quality control, with responsibility falling on the team. I am very unhappy about having to take a day off, only for my planned work and family commitments to be disrupted and wasted.

Coming down the A5 when a stone flew up from a passing car and chipped the screen . Drove into an empty Autoglass hoping to pay for a quick cash job which would take around 35 minutes . Despite the place being empty I was told by a surly member of staff I would have to book online and check their availability . I sat in the car and went onto the website which as far as I could see only allowed for repairs going through the Insurance company . I got back out the car and approached the fitter to ask if it was possible to pay by cash as online didn't seem to allow that facility . I don't know was his reply , ive never had to book online as I work here . Absolutely useless . I then remembered Wow Windscreens in Newport Pagnell so I called them up . !5 minutes later they were on my driveway and the job was done for £60 as opposed to Autoglass who charge over £100 . An absolutely appalling attitude from Autoglass with bone idle fitters that clearly don't want the work . My advice is simply go elsewhere because Autoglass Rooksley are completely hopeless

Excellent customer service, received a phone call back to reschedule my appointment with plenty of options. On the day, the technician was informative, professional and friendly. Very pleased with the new windscreen and wipers. (MK branch)
