Can’t fault the brilliant team at Astra Frames. We used them for our front and back door. The door designer feature was very helpful to create the door we wanted and with the online support from Chris I was able to ensure we had the right specifics as well. The prices are very competitive and they set us up with the brilliant Luke to install. The doors and frames are superb quality, we are delighted. I even visited the factory to get the door furniture placed as well. I would definitely recommend the team at Astra Frames and will be using them again when we do our windows. Very pleased with my new door , looks great and well built. Staff were very helpful , had to use the build your door at home designer (enjoyed it). Put me on to a good fitter ( jm installations LTD Norwich ) great job measuring and fitting.

Had a 3m biflold door installed in my kitchen from Astraframe in Norwich. Sean and the team were very helpful in showing different options and we never felt pressured to buy at any stage. Once we confirmed the door we wanted, Astraframe kept us updated on delivery & installation dates, and arranged an expert installer. The door itself is great and very happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

I first contacted Astra Frame via website with approx measurements for quote for a lounge bay and bedroom, windows, this I received within 24hrs. As the quote was favourable I called in to their Norwich office to discuss details with Sean. He confirmed quote and able to offer a contractor to install windows. As we required the height from the floor of the windows to increase he also offered a possible builder to carry out work. The contractor called to confirm measurements a few days later and took time to listen to requirements. Windows were ready within stated date and fitted soon after as agreed with contractor's. Brickwork and windows were fitted with little issues in one day with trim finishes next morning. We found Sean very efficient, helpful and informative. There was no hard sell and listen to our requirements with respect. I would highly recommend Astra Windows and will be purchasing further windows in the future.
