Thought I had completed a review but cannot see it. Apex carried out a door and window project in May 2023, they did a brilliant job. A couple of weeks ago I was burgled and needed to replace a door panel, I spoke to Scott who arranged the replacement for the very next day. Scott, you saved the day and my sanity, a big thank you. Would highly recommend Apex Windows. Fabulous service from start to finish. Nathan visited initially and brought a beautiful brochure for me to choose each element of my front door. Once chosen the quote was written and set in stone. I had quotes from 2 other companies, but Apex impressed me most with their service. I received a booklet with all their public liability insurance details, FENSA accreditation certificate. 10 year guarantee certificate, Checkatrade certificate of membership, Which Trusted Traders Membership and customer testimonials. The price quoted was very reasonable. From the surveyor measuring up to fitting it was one month. Kieran and Ben the fitters were very professional and friendly. They called to say what time they'd be here and we're done in no time at all. A very professional job all neatly finished off to my satisfaction. No mess left and old door taken away. Great job guys.

Time wasters! Booked in October for a new window and to repair hinges on several others. Called in December and were promised a January install, yet months have passed with no install, no paperwork, and zero communication. Ended up roughing out a cold winter with drafty, leaky windows and had to cancel once due to other renovations, but they still set the project back three months.
